Everyone is invited and welcome to join in the Jazz Parade Second Line from the Royal Luncheon (even if you don't partake in the lunch event) to dance through the French Quarter with a live jazz band to Pat O'Brien's for the Cocktail Happy Hour event from 3pm to 6pm featuring specialty cocktails.
This is a free event, open to the public.
