Krewe of BOO! is teaming up with ROCK & ROUGE for the first time in 2025, joining the annual Halloween parade krewe with the women's music and food festival at the Toulouse Theatre in a pre-parade party on Friday night. Come see headliners perform live on stage and get in the Halloween spirit the night before the Krewe of BOO! parade rolls through the French Quarter!
